Pinay Powerhouse Conference VII Logo

The Annual Pinay Powerhouse Conference was held in San Diego, CA. The theme of the conference’s seventh iteration is “Sun, Sand & Sampaguita.” Sampaguita is the national flower of the Philippines and means “promises,” from the phrase sumpa kita. This year’s conference theme honors the promises we make to the community and our profession, as well as the promises we make to and keep for ourselves.

Putting a San Diego stamp on the conference are the colors of the San Diego Padres for City Connect.
